The silence is deafening... (deeefin’)
J is gone this week and the amount of ruckus in the office is close to the all time low. The office is actually quiet. If you’ve ever worked with the guy you’ll know what I’m talking about. There’s either banging on the table or shaking of his feet (ngun geuk) or some kind of yelling at his computer screen (" WHY? WHY? WHY? YOU *@!&#! ") etc.. At least once a day you can hear me yelling at him to shut up ("SHUT UP! SHUT UP! SHUT UP! "). It’s hard to say it was the loudest time here though. One summer we had four students in here, including J and myself. During then there was a constant battle between him and ‘D’ which one erupted to the point of fist throwing. (Hmm.. I wonder if anyone instigated that). Those were the "good old days" of working here. Oddly D and J seem to get along just fine (due to lack of instigation?) they coach a team together. It was probably the most silent when I was here by myself during a workterm. There was no one to bug and no one to bug me. Let’s just say working together brings the best out of everyone =)
